I spent the last two months working as a notary trainee at the Land and Commercial Registry Offices, doing things I did not know how to do before, and feeling most of the time too old to intern. But, as somebody told me, we are all life-long trainees, and it is not so bad to have time to just learn. I also met the best colleagues I could hope for.
Thanks to everyone who taught me new things! I learned how to register an association. The consequences of purchasing a shell company. The rights of the condominium owners. The Swiss restrictions on the acquisition of real estate by persons living abroad.
And I founded my own LLC.
Now, it is time to go back to my lawyer life 😉
Ho passato gli ultimi due mesi a lavorare come praticante notarile all’Ufficio del registro fondiario e all’Ufficio del registro di commercio. Ho fatto cose che non sapevo fare prima e mi sono sentita quasi sempre troppo vecchia per fare la praticante. Ma, come qualcuno mi ha detto, siamo praticanti a vita, e non è così male avere un po' di tempo solo per imparare. Ho anche conosciuto i migliori colleghi con cui avrei potuto lavorare.
Un grandissimo grazie a chi mi ha insegnato cose nuove! Ho imparato ad iscrivere un'associazione nel registro di commercio. Una proprietà per piani nel registro fondiario. Le conseguenze in caso di acquisto di una società mantello. Le restrizioni all'acquisto di immobili da parte di persone residenti all'estero.
Ed ho costituito la mia nuova società.
Adesso è il momento di tornare alla vita da avvocato 😉
